RE: Unable to create Sync Server user for customer access
this is caused from Simply Sync Permission group.
the group should be selected on first screen before profile user creation.
to resolve issue, add created user to group and select the group for permission group on first screen.

Unable to create Sync Server user for customer access
When in Sync server Configuration. I select Tool account Management. I then select File and New User. I enter the User information, but when I click create, I keep getting an error "The object already exists" When I check AD, the user gets created, but it doesn't show in Sync server account management page, The Account Management page stays empty with no users.
